The Saint Vincent De Paul society here at St. Teresa's church meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 6.30pm in the Parish Centre for about an hour. We currently only have 6 members - new members are always welcome, if you would like to come and see if it is something you may like to help out with then please do come along to the next meeting.

As a member you will visit elderly members of the parish who may be lonely or unable to get out, they look forward to getting their weekly visit, we possibly do a bit of shopping for them or just sit with them for a while having a chat and a cup of tea. We also visit the sick in hospital or their home, we try where possible to help families who are troubled or in need and from time to time we help St.Teresa's School with projects.

We also have fund-raising events now and again, maybe something like a race night; a St Patrick's night or Dinner & Dance evening. Watch out for the next one they are always good fun and it's a nice way to socialise while raising money for a good cause!
