Having read and really enjoyed Bekah Clark’s The Hawk In Winter, I was super excited to jump into another of her books. The Stone Sisters: Lyssa is a very different kind of read, and whilst I didn’t enjoy it quite as much as I enjoyed The Hawk In Winter, I did have a lot of fun with it.In a number of ways, The Stone Sisters: Lyssa reminded me of the Lux series. I’m positive fans of the Lux series will eat this one up, finding themselves super excited to see what happens throughout this ser [...]

As I watch my teenage sisters grow up it’s hard to remember being that age. The troubles they go through and the drama they face daily, a proper understanding can be elusive to me. Ms. Clark, on the other hand, doesn’t seem to have these issues. She seems to have an intricate understanding of the teenage mind and all its workings. I absolutely adored this book and continually thought about it for days after putting it down. Now before I get far into my review, I would like to mention that I [...]

Talk about getting sucked into a book! I read this in one sitting because I had to find out what happened. As the book title indicates this is a story about the Stone Sisters, Lyssa and Lexa. While this story is primarily about Lyssa, you really get to know both sisters equally. I think the description of the book gives you a pretty good idea of the plot, so I'll tell you what I loved about it. I loved Ms. Clark's writing style and how well she connects the reader with all of the characters, bot [...]

⭐⭐⭐⭐This is an intriguing story that I really enjoyed reading. It's not your typical YA paranormal romance. The characters are likeable (not Tori), and definitely have their flaws, which is refreshing. Looking forward to the second book and learning more about the Hunters and how they track.

Great startThis series has the potential to become very addictive very fast. The plot , characters and elements yet to be introduced are interesting and well thought out. I'm curious about the next book in this series.

I REALLY LOVED IT!!I LOVED IT!!! It is well written! I love the characters and story line and can't wait for book 2. I feel like I am left hanging and need resolutions There is just enough romance and sexual tension for the imagination without becoming just another mindless erotic sex novel. I would HIGHLY recommend this book!!! I is a fun read!

This was a fun book. While it definitely a romance, it was also about sisters. Lyssa was interesting and Lexa was fun. Kyle was hot.

First I have to say I don't usually read YA. Now, I am glad I did. This is such an enjoyable book. A beautiful love story with a touch of the supernatural. High school with all its ups and downs and the jealousy and meanness of some girls trying to get the best-looking guy to date them. I love the characters and if I were younger I would probably have fallen in love with Kyle myself. I am looking forward to the next book in this series just to see how the sisters will manage their enemies. Highl [...]
